Pet sitting and Walking
Our cancellation policy is pretty lenient. We understand that life happens and schedules change.
Payment is required for Vacation sitting before you leave for your trip.
Our official policies for cancellations are as follows:
Cancellation policy for vacation clients:
Cancellations of less than 48 hours are due in full. Cancellations of less than 7 days will be charged 50% of the total charge. Cancellations of 14-8 days before the first scheduled sit will be charge 1/3 of the price.
No credits will be given for visits cancelled due to a client’s early return home. Clients returning home early will be required to pay for the reserved number of visits.
Cancellation policy for dog walking + drop in clients:
Our policy is if you cancel before we arrive, there is no charge. If we arrive for our visit to find you home because you forgot to cancel then we have to charge for that visit.
